Everything is custom-built, and all elements are interchangeable, so you can have as much or as little water movement as you'd like. The water containment is kept underground, away from sunlight (which causes algae) and mosquitoes. The pump is accessed through a serviceable vault. Nothing mechanical is seen or heard -- all you see and hear is the water.
