If you have an ecosystem, or any other type
of pond, and would like some help with it, we would be happy to provide
technical support via e-mail or telephone for $25 per incident per 1/2 hour
of conversation, payable by credit card.
If you want someone to meet with you at your home,
we have a minimum $125 charge for this service, which includes the first 1/2
hour. After that, it's $75 per hour for consulting time.

On-site Service: The price for a service call includes the
first 1/2 hour of work, and is reflected in the map below. Thereafter,
all time will be billed at $75.00 per hour, in half-hour increments.
If you are outside of the areas shown below, the price will be a minimum of
$150.00, depending on where you live.

When you request a service call, you will be
notified at least one day in advance (and many times more than that) of our
arrival on a particular day. We will need access to be open, and all
pets safely ensconced away from the work area. |

Service contracts are
currently not available outside of the $75.00 area described above, but we
hope to open up more territory in the future. If you are within that area,
you can sign up for a service agreement as follows: $50/week;
$75/bi-monthly; or $125/month. A 3-month minimum contract is required, and
can be continued month-to-month thereafter. Please contact us if you wish
to sign up for regular maintenance service.
